However, not all immigration type of cases take the same amount of time to process and issue a response<\/strong>. You will get a faster or slower response depending on the type of process you have initiated with Immigration.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\nWhat information do I need to check my immigration case online?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

\r\n\r\nTo check your case, the only thing that you need is the receipt number<\/strong> that USCIS has provided you for each application or petition. It is a unique number and it is used to identify and track each immigration case effectively and quickly. You are able find it on the notices that USCIS sends you about your process.<\/p>\r\n

\r\n\r\nThe receipt number consists of 13 unique characters. It may begin with the following abbreviations: EAC, WAC, LIN, SRC, NBC, MSC, or IOE, and end with 10 numbers.<\/p>\r\n
