To qualify for an E2 Investor Visa<\/span>, businesses can be created from scratch, buy an existing business or acquire a franchise.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The business must be real and legal to qualify for this E2 visa<\/span> and must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\r\n\r\n

1) Capital must be substantial to the industry. There is no minimum capital to invest.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

2) There must be an economic risk for the investor.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

3) Job creation or that it generates more than enough income to support the investor\u2019s family.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Here are some examples of different businesses that have been approved in recent years:<\/p>\r\n\r\n

• Creation of Schools, such as nursery schools or academics (dance, piano, etc.)<\/li>\r\n
• Property Management<\/li>\r\n
• Hotels and Inns<\/li>\r\n
• Medical Laboratories<\/li>\r\n
• Pet Services (Training and Grooming)<\/li>\r\n
• Restaurants<\/li>\r\n
• Beauty salons (hairdresser, spa, manicure, and pedicure)<\/li>\r\n
• Cleaning service for homes and offices.<\/li>\r\n
• Garden care, tree trimming and pool maintenance.<\/li>\r\n
• Clothing, food, furniture, events, stores<\/li>\r\n
• School transportation<\/li>\r\n
